Privacy Policy

The short version

Your training data never leaves your phone. Upright has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs. We cannot see your data, and we do not want to.

What the app stores

Upright keeps your training history — sessions, exercise results, hold times, streaks, current level, and settings — in a local database on your device only. Deleting the app deletes this data permanently.

What the app does not do

• No account or sign-up; we never learn your name, email, or identity.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs of any kind.
• No data is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
• No access to your health data, camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We receive no payment details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy. Purchase entitlements are verified on-device via StoreKit.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, a daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent anywhere.

Children

Upright is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If a future version ever changes how data is handled (for example, optional cloud sync), this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the effective date above.
